Additionally, the company on Sept. 25 announced that, on October 25, 2013, it will redeem all of its outstanding 7.625% Senior Notes due 2018 (CUSIP Nos. 98375YAZ9 and U98408AF1). As of September 25, 2013, $539,551,000 of the 7.625% Notes remains outstanding. SiriusXM intends to use the proceeds from the issuance of $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2020 to fund the redemption.
